Working With Children Check - How to Obtain
You may already have one through work or other volunteer work. However, if you need to apply for one as a volunteer, note that each state's requirements and process is different. And some are more straightforward than others, so it is best to get started early on this check. They are normally valid for about 5 years.
Where there is a fee, ANZGITA will reimburse you on provision of a payment receipt.

If you are in Qld (Blue Card), apply here and write your Online Account Number in the Portal box provided once you have it. We will then link you to ANZGITA so as your application can complete. (if there is no Portal or no box in the Portal for your program, email Account Number to the Programs Administrator) .

If you are in South Australia, please contact [email protected] as we need to register ANZGITA before you can proceed.
In New Zealand, by law a Working With Children check has to be done by an employer before employment begins. It is valid for 3 years. If you are self employed or not employed, contact the Programs Administrator and we will have a Police Check done as that will satisfy the requirement.
