ANZGITA is growing in complexity as we have incorporated and committed to adopting best practice standards for Australian charities operating overseas. Management will become more complex as our activities continue to expand but the resources involved will remain predominately pro bono in nature. However, there is a need for funding to cover operational businesss items including programs administration, insurances, legal advice, IT, website maintenance, communicating our presence to prospective supporters of all ilks, financial audits, ACNC reporting and general office expenses (e.g. teleconferencing). Some of our governance policies are shown here.
