Expenses Claims - Programs & other expenses
For all medical trainers ANZGITA will reimburse the following expenses:
Trainers need to complete an online reimbursement form (click blue text or complete the form as attached below) within a month of returning from the training program for ANZGITA to reimburse these expenses. The form is also at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions or problems with the form, please email [email protected].
Receipts are required for each claimed item. If you cannot provide a receipt then please attach a file which explains why it is not possible.
Please have your bank account details handy as they can be entered as you will be reimbursed through a bank transfer.
The form can also be used to claim reimbursement of other expenses incurred with the agreement of an ANZGITA director.
- Accommodation including breakfast and dinner at the ANZGITA specified facility, or the equivalent cost if trainers select an alternative site.
- Temporary Registration costs
- Visa costs when applicable.
