​Trainer Information & Tools

For all medical trainers ANZGITA will reimburse the following expenses:   
  • Accommodation including breakfast and dinner at the ANZGITA specified facility, or the equivalent cost if trainers select an alternative site.
  • Temporary Registration costs
  • Visa costs when applicable.
 
In addition, ANZGITA will reimburse the economy airfare for nurse trainers and, where funding exists, for doctors. 

Trainers are covered by ANZGITA's Corporate Travel Insurance and other insurances. Travel insurance claims by trainers will not be reimbursed.

Trainers need to complete an online reimbursement form (click blue text or complete the form as attached below) and attach all the relevant receipts within a month of returning from the training program for ANZGITA to reimburse these expenses. It is also at the bottom of this page.

 
All trainers are asked to sign a Trainer Agreement and sign/observe certain policies prior to departure and complete other forms that are required for registration and by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade which is somewhat onerous!
